Body Armor has designed and engineered the hottest bumper on the market for the FJ Cruiser. Built as a replacement for the OE bumper, this unique bumper has a rugged-clean look, and extreme versatility. Designed to handle most off-road and trail applications, it is a manufactured and formed from 3/16" solid sheet aluminum, welded to a 2" x 3/16" wall tube-frame, and features an integral 1/2" 6061 T-6 aluminum fully-welded winch mount plate. The one-piece design is enhanced by the 2" x 3/16" wall center hoop and 1.5" x 3/16" wall headlight brushguards. The 3/4" shackle mounts are welded to the framemounting system and black powder-coated "D" rings are included.
Another feature is the fairlead opening cover-plate to bolt in place of a roller fairlead giving the bumper a smooth OEM appearance without the need to remove the winch*. The FJ bumper is available with or without (2) pair of PIAA 004XT Driving Light kits to bolt into the built-in light wells in the bumper fascia*. Topping it off is the 4 Mil powder-coat finish in either black or silver. All this and it bolts up right to the stock mounts on the frame!
Also available for the FJ are our signature Rockcrawler Side Guards. Made from 2" x 3" rectangle tube, tapered and enclosed ends, and an additional 1.5" x .140" wall "Kick-Out" tube for added protection for the Xtreme user. Maximum wheel well to wheel well Body Armor protection in a no-drill, bolt-on, frame mount installation. Finish: Black or Silver
