New to the market is the 2007 Jeep JK. Once again, Body Armor leads the way in the design and engineering of the ultimate front & rear bumpers and side guards for the JK. Built as direct replacements for the OE bumpers as well as bolt-on Rockcrawler Side Guards, this line-up is the perfect place to start when out-fitting your JK.
For the front, we start with the 59" Triple Hoop Bumper. Made from 2"x 5" - 3/16" wall rectangle tube with tapered, enclosed and welded ends. The "Triple Hoop" consists of a 2" x .140" wall center hoop and 1.5" x .140" wall outer light brushguards. Included in the package are the 2" recovery receiver, 3/4" shackle mounts welded to the front and rear surfaces of the bumper, and a pair of black powder-coated 5/8" clevis "D" rings. Finishing off the Triple Hoop are tabs for up to (4) lights* (2 top, 2 lower outside) and the 4 Mil black powder-coat finish. Also for the front is our 59" Quad Hoop Bumper (JK-19431). Utilizing the same base bumper and triple hoop, weÕve added a fourth hoop ("Quad", pictured on vehicle) for added grill & hood protection.
Both front bumpers are completely bolt on! No drilling, cutting or welding required. Just bolt either bumper on with the JK Winch Plate (sold separately) with a winch*, and go almost anywhere you want to go. For the rear is an exclusive 63" Bumper with Swing-A-Way Tire Carrier. In the tradition and styling of our CJ, YJ and TJ line-up, we built this bumper to the necessary 63" width for added rear protection of your JK. The bumper and tire carrier come with all the standard features youÕve come to expect from Body Armor, such as the built-in Hi-Lift Jack* mount, CB antenna* mount, J-can* mounts, 2" recovery receiver and "D" rings, as well as a black powder-coated, diamond-plate frame cover-plate to finish it off. Installation is as simple as unbolting your OE bumper and bolting the Body Armor bumper into existing holes in the frame, no cutting Ð no drilling Ð no welding!
Finishing off the JK line-up are the Rockcrawler Side Guards. Made from 2" x 3" rectangle tube with tapered, enclosed and welded ends. Additional 1.5" x .140" wall "Kick-Out" tube for added protection for the Xtreme user. Maximum wheel well to wheel well Body Armor protection in a no-drill, bolt on, chassis mount installation. As with all of our Jeep line-up, finish is 4 Mil black powder coat.
